Sorry it's been a while since I posted, haven't had anything "wow" to post lately. Thought I'd do a quick nail look of the week before heading to bed for a new work week (boo!).
Revlon ColorStay #005 Base Coat
OPI "Designer...De Better!"
Essie "Very Structured"
elf "Black"
Seche Vite top coat
Dotting tool
Step 1:
Start off with your favorite base coat - mines is currently Revlon's ColorStay Base coat. The base coat will give your nail a smoother surface for the polish to go on. It is especially important if you are wearing a darker colour like red or black so it doesn't stain your nails.

Step 2:
Apply 2-3 thin coats of your base colour of choice all over your nail. (I used OPI's "Designer...De Better!")

Step 3:
Using your spot colour of choice, create random spots all over your nails. (I used Essie's "Very Structured.")
Step 4:
Using a dotting tool create brackets and c-shaped outlines around the spots in your polish colour of choice. (I used elf's "black.") Add in some plain black spots in the open space.
Step 5:
Apply a top coat and clean off any excess nail polish that may have gotten on your fingers around your nail.
I only created the leopard look on my ring finger and thumb. I felt like my whole hand would be too much. Have to keep it looking clean, classic but fun!
Give it a try and let me know how yours turns out! Share your photos - I would love to see what yours turned out like!
As always, Read. Comment. Share. Follow. <3
