This isn't exactly the nail look I have on right now but I currently have on the same pink from this nail look. As it is October, that means it's Breast Cancer Awareness month. My nails are currently just a solid pink in this Revlon's 'Pink Lingerie' (#110 from their Top Speed line).

Step 1:
You'll also want to start off with your favorite base coat - mines is currently Revlon's ColorStay base coat. The base coat will give your nail a smoother surface for the polish to go on. It is especially important if you are wearing a darker colour like red or black so it doesn't stain your nails.
Step 2:
Choice a colour for your designs. In my case, I chose to use Revlon #110 'Pink Lingerie' from their Top Speed line. You want to paint a thin coat of this colour on the masking tape. Let it dry and apply another coat. Repeat until the desire opacity is reached. (I applied about two thin coats.) Leave this aside for now.
Step 3:
Apply your base colour of choice, in my case I used Revlon's #320 'Jaded' from their Top Speed line. Let this dry before the next step.
Step 4:
Using a pair of scissors, cute out thin strips of the painted tape. You can also use arts and crafts scissors to get funky edges. Apply the tape how ever you want onto you finger.
**Be creative! Use different colours. Cut the tape in different angles and thicknesses to create your own look! This is much easier than using a striper!**
Step 5:
Once you are satisfied with your design, apply your favorite top coat to seal in the look. Of course, I used my Seche Vite fast-drying top coat! This is my holy grail!
